01 · Covered appointments
Services reserved exclusively for you.
Photography, video production, video editing, Matterport, real estate, commercial photography, marketing, branding and other related service sessions cannot be canceled, moved, postponed or transferred to another date or time.
Video and/or photography, Matterport and/or real estate sessions cannot be cancelled, moved or postponed.
02 · Commercial services only
The $300 booking fee applies to commercial services—not family beach sessions.
Commercial services include: video production, video editing, Matterport, real estate services, commercial photography, marketing and branding work.
$300 commercial booking fee
Commercial service appointments require a $300.00 non-refundable booking fee. It reserves the crew, equipment, date and time and covers up to three hours of service. This is not the family beach or portrait cancellation fee.
Commercial cancellation or rescheduling
Commercial sessions cannot be canceled, moved, postponed or transferred. If the customer requests another date or time and we agree to rebook, another $300.00 pre-payment is required for us to return to the location.
Travel outside two counties
Pre-payments are required for us to come to any location within Bay or Washington County, Florida. Other fees apply outside of those two counties.
Location fees
LOCATION FEES ARE PRE-CHARGED PER LOCATION AND ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
Three-hour arrival window
Commercial customers receive a three-hour window of time for a scheduled appointment.
Employee and crew time
Employees and crew members must be paid for their reserved time. These fees apply when Spedale Jr. Photography LLC is ready to perform the service and did nothing wrong on our side.
03 · Family & portrait services
Family beach and portrait sessions have different cancellation fees.
This section applies to: family beach photography, modeling, headshots and other personal portrait sessions. The $300 commercial booking fee does not apply to these services unless the booking is specifically sold as a commercial service.
50% cancellation fee
The cancellation fee for family, modeling, headshot and other personal portrait sessions is 50% of the session total and/or the pre-payment amount. All pre-payments are non-refundable unless Spedale Jr. Photography LLC cancels the session.
Customer-requested date or time change
If a customer asks to move a session and we cannot or do not agree to the requested change, cancellation or movement fees start at $100.00 and may be higher depending on the service booked.
A move is not automatic
A customer-requested change is only approved when Spedale Jr. Photography LLC agrees to the new date and time. Requesting a change does not cancel the original appointment or guarantee that another time is available.
If we cancel
If Spedale Jr. Photography LLC cancels the session, we may reschedule the appointment or refund the applicable pre-payment. Customer cancellation fees do not apply when we are the party requiring the cancellation.
04 · Bad weather decisions
Weather-related changes are decided by Spedale Jr. Photography LLC.
There is no cancellation or movement charge when Spedale Jr. Photography LLC determines that bad weather requires the customer to move the session date or time.
If a customer asks to move a session because of weather, but Spedale Jr. Photography LLC does not determine that a move is necessary or does not agree to the requested date or time, the normal customer-requested cancellation or movement fees apply. Those fees start at $100.00 and may be higher depending on the service booked.
05 · Commercial shoot-ready requirement
The location must be vacant and ready.
All given times and/or windows require vacant, “shoot-ready” locations. This means there must be no outside employees, people, housekeeping or cleaners, dirty or messy uncleaned areas, workers, construction crews, or any other obstruction in the way of our services.
Failing to do so can result in a full cancellation on your part and forfeiture of any and all pre-session payments already made.
06 · Fee summary
Know exactly which policy applies to your booking.
$300.00 non-refundable commercial booking fee covering up to three hours. An approved return to the location on another date or time requires another $300.00 pre-payment.
Cancellation fee is 50% of the session total and/or pre-payment amount. Pre-payments are non-refundable unless we cancel.
Fees start at $100.00 and vary by the service booked when we cannot or do not agree to the requested change.
If a customer or business owner cancels or tries to move a date or time within 14 days of the session, the applicable service-specific cancellation or movement fee may be charged on top of other non-refundable booking, pre-payment or location fees.
07 · Commercial past-service fees
Delays beyond three hours create additional costs.
If the on-location time passes three hours, a “past service fee” is added to the final invoice. Fees range from $100.00 to $300.00 per hour depending on factors outside of our control, such as having to move objects out of the intended scanning, photography or video service area.
