Spedale Jr. Photography LLC. does not directly store complete credit-card or debit-card numbers, security codes or other full payment credentials. 3. CUSTOMER GALLERIES, PRINTS AND DOWNLOADS

Customer photographs and videos may be stored, displayed and delivered through SmugMug or another professional gallery or cloud-storage provider.

These providers may process information necessary to:

  • Host customer galleries

  • Protect galleries with passwords or access controls

  • Process print and product orders

  • Deliver digital downloads

  • Maintain backups

  • Detect fraud or security threats

  • Provide technical support

Your use of a third-party gallery, store or payment platform may also be governed by that provider’s privacy policy and terms.

Customers are responsible for protecting gallery passwords, download links and access codes. Please do not publicly share a private gallery link or password unless you intend to give others access.

4. HOW WE USE INFORMATION

  • Schedule and manage photography or video sessions

  • Communicate about weather, locations, session preparation and scheduling

Photography and video are central to our creative work and professional portfolio. When authorized by the applicable photography agreement, model release, property release, written permission or other valid consent, Spedale Jr. Photography LLC. may use selected photographs or video clips for legitimate portfolio, promotional and advertising purposes.

Authorized uses may include:

  • Our websites and online portfolios

  • Social-media pages

  • Printed marketing materials

  • Business advertisements

  • Blog posts

  • Photography competitions

  • Sample albums or displays

  • Educational and behind-the-scenes content

We generally do not identify photographed customers by their full names unless they separately authorize us to do so or identification is reasonably necessary for an approved project.

A photograph or video may remain recognizable even when a person’s name is not displayed. Customers should carefully review their photography agreement or release before signing it.

This Privacy Policy does not independently grant us permission to use a customer’s likeness. Portfolio and advertising rights are governed by the applicable contract, release or other authorization.

If you have a concern about an image being displayed, contact us through one of our official websites. We will review the request in good faith. Removal may not always be possible when an image has already been lawfully printed, published, distributed, licensed or used under a valid agreement.

6. PHOTOGRAPHS OF CHILDREN

Our websites and services are intended for adults, including parents and legal guardians arranging photography services for their families. They are not directed to children under 13, and children under 13 should not submit personal information through our websites.

A parent, legal guardian or other legally authorized adult must arrange a minor’s photography session and provide any required consent.

When an authorized agreement or release permits portfolio use of photographs containing minors, we may display selected images without publishing the child’s full name, school, home address or other unnecessary identifying information.

If you believe a child has submitted personal information to us without appropriate permission, contact us so we can review and, when appropriate, delete it.

Customer galleries and payment transactions are primarily supported by established third-party providers such as SmugMug and Square. However, no website, internet transmission, storage system or security method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Customers should use strong passwords, protect gallery access information and avoid sending sensitive financial or identity information through ordinary email or contact forms.

10. DATA RETENTION

We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for:

  • Providing photography and video services

  • Maintaining and delivering customer galleries

  • Processing orders

  • Preserving business, accounting, tax and legal records

  • Handling disputes or enforcing agreements

  • Maintaining authorized portfolio materials

  • Protecting against fraud or security threats

  • Preserving photographic archives and backups

Retention periods may differ depending on the type of information, contractual obligations, storage-provider settings and legal requirements.

Deleting an active gallery does not necessarily remove every backup copy immediately. Backup copies may remain temporarily until they are overwritten through the provider’s regular backup process.

11. CUSTOMER CHOICES AND REQUESTS

Subject to applicable law and contractual rights, you may ask us to:

  • Confirm whether we maintain personal information about you

  • Correct inaccurate contact information

  • Delete certain personal information

  • Stop sending nonessential promotional emails

  • Review a concern involving a photograph or video

We may need to verify your identity before completing a request. We may retain information when reasonably necessary to complete a contract, maintain financial records, preserve evidence of consent, protect legal rights, prevent fraud or comply with the law.

To stop receiving promotional emails, use the unsubscribe option when available or contact us. Transactional communications concerning an active booking, order, gallery or customer-service matter may continue.

12. THIRD-PARTY WEBSITES

Our websites may link to SmugMug, Square, social-media platforms, mapping services or other third-party websites.

We do not control and are not responsible for the content, security or privacy practices of independent third parties. Review the privacy policy of any third-party service before submitting information.

13. DO NOT TRACK AND GLOBAL PRIVACY CONTROLS
