Quick start

From gallery to safely saved.

Use the private gallery link sent after your photographs are finished. For the cleanest result, download the file—do not take a screenshot.

01

Open your private gallery

Use the gallery link from your delivery text or email, then enter the password or access code if one was provided.

02

Choose one or download all

Open a favorite image for an individual download, or use the gallery download button to save the complete collection.

03

Select the right size

Choose the download size included with your package. Full-resolution access is only included when purchased.

04

Save a second copy

Keep your photographs in at least two places: your device plus cloud storage, an external drive or a trusted backup.

Choose your device

The buttons are small.
The memories are not.

Phone or tablet

  1. Open the gallery in Safari on iPhone/iPad or Chrome on Android.
  2. Tap the photograph you want, then tap the download arrow. For the whole gallery, open the gallery menu and choose Download All.
  3. If a ZIP file downloads, find it in the Files app or Downloads folder and tap it to extract the photographs.
  4. Save selected images to Photos/Gallery, then confirm they open before deleting the downloaded ZIP.
iPhone note: Downloads may go to Files › Downloads first—not directly to the Photos app.

Desktop or laptop

  1. Open the gallery in a current version of Chrome, Edge, Safari or Firefox.
  2. Choose an individual photograph or select the gallery download option for the complete set.
  3. Check your email if the gallery prepares a large download and sends a ZIP link.
  4. Open the Downloads folder, extract the ZIP, then copy the photographs into a clearly named permanent folder.
Best practice: A computer is usually the easiest place to download and organize a full gallery.
Download size matters

Pick the file for the job.

A smaller web file is convenient for screens. A full-resolution file carries more detail for printing. Your available choices depend on the session package and release purchased.

Phones & social

1.5× web-size downloads

Designed for personal devices, online sharing and everyday screen viewing.

  • Faster download
  • Uses less phone storage
  • Ideal for Facebook, Instagram and messaging
  • Not intended for outside printing
!

Screenshots are not downloads.

A screenshot lowers resolution, changes the crop and may capture interface elements. Always use the gallery’s download arrow so you receive the actual delivered photograph.

Printing your photographs

Color, paper and detail
deserve a proper finish.

Order through your gallery

For the simplest path, use the Buy or shopping-cart option inside your gallery. Choose the photograph, product and size, review the crop carefully, then complete checkout through the professional lab.

Printing somewhere else

Outside printing requires the full-resolution package and print release. If your session does not include that access, text us before sending files to another lab. A print release can be added for $100 at booking or $200 later.

Download help

A few quick answers.

Where did my photographs go on my iPhone?

Check the Files app, then Downloads. If you downloaded a ZIP file, tap it once to extract the folder. Open the individual images and use Share › Save Image to place selected photographs in the Photos app.

Why did I receive a ZIP file?

A complete gallery contains many large files, so the gallery bundles them into one ZIP download. Extract or unzip the file before trying to open and organize the individual photographs.

Why do the files look blurry after I text them?

Many messaging and social apps compress photographs. Download the correct file first and keep the original untouched. For printing, upload the original full-resolution file directly rather than a version saved from Facebook or a text message.

Can I remove the watermark?

Watermarks are used on previews when applicable. Download privileges and the delivered file type depend on the package purchased. Please do not crop, edit or attempt to remove a watermark from a preview.

How long should I keep my own backup?

Forever. Gallery hosting should not be treated as permanent personal storage. Download promptly and maintain at least two copies in separate locations.

What if the download button is missing?

Confirm that you opened the correct private gallery and entered its password. Your package may not include that download size, or the gallery may still be in preview mode. Text 833-222-6096 with the gallery name and the device you are using.

Still need help?

Your photographs should feel easy to keep.
